  • Yes, I offer flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments, to accommodate your availability.

  • Yes, I offer secure virtual sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and comfort of online therapy.


  • I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT, SFBT, the Gottman Method, and AASECT-informed sex therapy to tailor treatment to your needs.

  • I do not accept insurance directly but can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. I also offer sliding scale fees to make therapy more accessible.

  • The length of therapy varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months or more. We’ll work together to determine what’s right for you.
